San Diego, CA— In a Comic-Con exclusive that caused agony among film critics and fans alike, Freddie Prinze, Jr, star of such Oscar-worthy films as She’s All That, Scooby-Doo, and the critically acclaimed film Summer Catch, has lashed out at Kiefer Sutherland, claiming that working with Sutherland on the show “24” was horrible and that he [Prinze, Jr.] “just wanted to quit the business after that.”
Unfortunately, Prinze Jr. did not quit the business, even after his acting may have single-handedly brought the “24” franchise to a grinding halt four years ago. Since that series, Prinze, Jr. has attempted to bring other beloved television franchises to a bitter end, including “Bones” and “Robot” Chicken with guest appearances. It may be that Prinze, Jr, besides his adamancy about people using his full name, has a degree of unprofessionalism himself.
“We’re talking about the guy who made Ashton Kutcher look like a good actor by comparison in Down to You,” explained Kiefer Sutherland super-fan Paul Emmerlan. “Aw, you don’t want to take your shoes off during a scene? Nicole Kidman did that constantly when she acted opposite of Tom Cruise. You know what she has that you don’t? Three Golden Globes and an Oscar for Best Actress. What do you have, a Teen Choice Award for Best Kiss?”
