Washington, DC— Historically, the normal interchanging between Hollywood and politics has entertainers becoming politicians after their career has run its course. Just look at Ronald Regan, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jesse Ventura, and the illustrious Sonny Bono.

President Barack Obama has begun plans to do the exact opposite after appearing on Zach Galifianakis show, “Between Two Ferns.” With the President’s recent witty retorts with Galifianakis, the possibilities for the President in Hollywood seem limitless.

“President Obama really had his comedic timing down pat,” stated political analyst Paul Emmerlan. “I expect big things when his second term comes to an end. Maybe an interview on ‘Check It Out! with Dr. Steve Brule,’ or a real feature on NBC’s ‘Saturday Night Live.’ A Will Ferrell movie? Why not?”

A White House press release has stated that, While President Obama enjoyed his time on ‘Between Two Ferns,’ he still plans to but the country first until his term ends. This may or may not be due to the fact that the only comedic roles that the President has been offered are a cameo in Hangover 4 and a part in Pauly Shore’s new potential movie President of the House, although he has also been offered a correspondent gig on ‘The Colbert Report’ on Comedy Central.

Do no despair, Mr. President. The entertainment industry has painful rights of passage.
