Meg Anne   Meg Anne is a Yankee-turned-Southern Belle. Born in the great state of New Jersey, her parents had enough sense to spirit her out of the Garden State before Jersey Shore gave it a bad rep. She now hails from the North of the two Carolinas, where the tea is sweet and the culture is one-dimensional.

A quiet girl, she spent most of her childhood brainstorming randy plot lines for her Barbie dolls. It was at the tender age of 12 that she reluctantly put down the dolls and picked up a pen. Starting with love stories starring herself and Jonathan Taylor Thomas, she eventually migrated to writing Stephenie Meyer-esque horror and Cinderella fantasy before heading off to a beachside university for four glorious years of literature classes and wallflower-turned-wildflower social debauchery.

Her résumé includes various underpaid jobs, including Harley chick, receptionist, sex ed instructor, research assistant, pharmaceutical drug dealer, secret shopper, and book pimp. She also had a short-lived acting career in 2002 when she appeared on Dawson’s Creek for a blurry nanosecond.

Then, at the age of 23, she decided that her social life wasn’t pathetic enough and returned to school to become a librarian. It is in this profession that she currently works. She spends her days shelving books, shushing teenagers, and making fun of the unintelligent.

True to her profession, she adores cardigans and big books, organizing items according to the Dewey Decimal System, and answering stupid questions. She also enjoys reading dictionaries, listening to Adam Lambert, and taking long walks on the beach. When feeling rebellious, she is known to dabble in the Dark Arts and drive a whole ten miles over the speed limit.
