Al Bundy Accuses Shannon Sharpe of Sex Assault

ATLANTA (CBS/AP) Shannon Sharpe is taking a leave of absence from his post as an analyst at CBS’ NFL Today show in light of an apparent homosexual assault allegation.

The former NFL tight end for the Denver Broncos was slapped with a temporary restraining order by Al Bundy, former TV character, who claims Sharpe forced him to have sex and do other “despicable things” with him, threatened his life, and stalked him, according to court documents obtained by Sports by Brooks.

Sharpe said in a statement, “I have decided to step aside from the NFL Today” - the CBS Pregame Show – “until this matter is resolved.”

Bundy’s petition, which was filed on Thursday in Atlanta’s Fulton County Superior Court, has been classified under the “sodomy violence” category because he is caring for his sore bum. A hearing regarding the allegations is scheduled for September 20th.

Sharpe, who is being considered for the NFL Hall of Fame, has not been charged with a crime, nor has he been arrested. However, sodomy charges are pending. “Shannon stole my manhood and my life. Well, what was left of it after Peg,” stated Mr. Bundy. It was discovered that an elaborate scheme was developed by Sharpe to lure the former TV star, Bundy, into his lurid homosexual lair. “I thought I was dealing with a girl named Shannon – he insisted that he was a girl – but I can assure you that he is not”.
